Rest assured that here at Paintball Adventures we want to get you out and playing and will process and ship your order as quickly as possible. PaymentWe accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards for payment of online orders and phone in orders. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is packaged and ready for shipment. For offline (mailed or faxed) orders we accept Postal Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.We do not accept checks. BackordersIn cases where an item in the order is temporarily out of stock we will ship the available portion of the order. The backordered item will be shipped when it becomes available. Your credit card will not be billed for the backordered item until it is ready to ship, and there will be no additional shipping charge. Shipping of a backordered item will be by our standard shipping method. A backordered part may be canceled at any time before it is billed. This may be done by emailing info@paintball-adventures.com or by phoning us at (803)329-0992 during our regular business hours. If done by email, be sure you receive an an emailed confirmation from us. ReturnsReturns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Email us at returns@paintball-adventures.com for a returns form and Return Authorization number. Please follow the directions given with the returns form for sending items back to us. This will speed up the replacement or crediting process and assure that your return is handled promptly and correctly. Returned items/orders not due to any mistake on our part are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling
