Forms and Waivers Waiver -- You need to sign a waiver before you can play on our field. For those of you that are under 18 years of age, then you need your parent to sign this for you. Bear with us, we will soon start our secure database to save your waiver, and once that happens, you won't have to sign the waiver again. Directions -- This has the directions and prices on it.
